Outgoing Program is a volunteer sending scheme in which IIWC sends members as individual or group to join IVS activity abroad. In order to do so, IWC cooperates with international partners, IVS organizations around the world.
- Regular Outgoing Program is a volunteer sending program scheme in which members do the travel arrangement by themselves.
- Non Regular Outgoing Program is a volunteer sending program scheme in which only selected members with specific qualificatiosn are sent as IIWC representatives. There are special terms and conditions related to travel arrangement, accommodation and lodging.
The terms for the Regular Outgoing (both MTV and STV / Workcamp) in 2012 are:
- Member IIWC (proved with valid membership card)
- Has joined IIWC activities as:
- participant/camp leader in a work camp, at least once
- contact person in project LMTV
- preparation team/ trainer/ facilitator in work camp & LMTV events
- preparation team in IIWC event and campaigns.
Interested applicants shall contact the Public Relations Officer then the officer will communicate with partner organization. Once the partner organization accepts the possible sending, the applicant will have to prepare travel arrangement such as passport and visa, and attend the pre-departure training.
