Non Regular Outgoing Program is a sending volunteer program scheme where only selected member with specific qualification are sent as IIWC representatives.
There are special term and condition related to travel arrangement, accommodation and lodging.
For outgoing with a special scheme/invitation (Non Regular Program) will be launched on the mailing list.
