Our partner from Japan, NICE (Never ending International workCamp Exchange), already renew their project information. Now their project for workcamp or LMTV (for January-June 2012) is open. Please check this information:

WHO can apply?
Member of IIWC, especially if member who have been join IIWC activities.
HOW to apply?
- Please check the date and the project information, please open the attachments.
- Then choose the project that you are interesting.
- Contact IIWC staff, for workcamp: stv_iiwcindonesia@yahoo.com and for LMTV: lmtv_iiwcindonesia@yahoo.com
- Fill the application form and send to IIWC, for workcamp to: stv_iiwcindonesia@yahoo.com and for LMTV to: lmtv_iiwcindonesia@yahoo.com. Find the application form in attachment.
- Wait for the confirmation of acceptance/not acceptance of placement.
- After you get the confirmation of acceptance, an invitation letter from NICE Japan will be sent through IIWC. IIWC will also provide a guarantee letter for you. These documents are needed for visa application to Japan Embassy.
- While you are waiting for visa application process, you need to prepare your travel yourself. Such as booking the flight ticket, studying the culture, language, etc.
- An information sheet of project will be sent through IIWC, normally one month before the project, so you can start to prepare yourself for it.
- You also should join departure training after visa and flight ticket clearance.
Because this is a Regular Outgoing Scheme, so there is no financial support. However, we have a special agreement that member from IIWC who will join this project will not pay for “participant fee”.
Member will get: free accommodation and meals during the program, invitation and guaranty letter for getting visa.
So, in this project you will spend for:
- Flight Ticket (return ticket)
- Visa and travel insurance
- Local transport to project site
- Extra cost/Personal needed
